Access to Leadbreakers Google Drive

Purpose

To ensure new team members can access the Leadbreakers shared Google Drive, locate the folders relevant to their role, and bookmark important areas for ongoing use.


1. Tools Required

  • Company Google email address (provided by Leadbreakers)

  • Google Drive access granted by Leadbreakers

  • Web browser

  • Internet connection


2. Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Log In to Google Drive

  1. Visit https://drive.google.com/

  2. Log in using your Leadbreakers company email.

  3. You will now see the Leadbreakers Shared Drives section (left-hand menu).


Step 2: Access the Leadbreakers Team Drive

  1. In the left sidebar, click Shared Drives.

  2. Look for the drive named Leadbreakers (or similar).

  3. Click to open it.

  4. You will see all folders you have been granted access to.

(If you do not see the drive or folders, notify us immediately.)


Step 3: Review Accessible Folders

Depending on your role, you may see folders such as:

  • Training & SOPs

  • Sales Materials

  • Client Delivery

  • Scripts & Templates

  • Tools & Assets

  • Internal Docs

Spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with the structure.


Step 4: Bookmark Important Folders (Highly Recommended)

To access important folders quickly in the future:

Method 1 — Chrome Bookmark

  1. Open any folder you want to keep handy.

  2. Press Ctrl + D (Windows) or Cmd + D (Mac).

  3. Save the bookmark in your browser’s bookmark bar.

Method 2 — Add to “Starred” in Google Drive

  1. Right-click any folder or file.

  2. Select “Add to Starred.”

  3. Access starred items anytime from the Drive menu.


Step 5: Use Google Drive as Your Central Document Hub

You can return to this drive anytime to access:

  • Training materials

  • SOPs

  • Client information (role-dependent)

  • Scripts

  • Templates

  • Internal documentation

  • Onboarding materials

  • Relevant files for your work


3. Important Notes

  • Only access the folders shared with you.

  • Do not modify or delete any files unless instructed.

  • Do not upload personal files to Google Drive.

  • Drive is the main storage location for all company documentation.

  • If you need access to additional folders, request it from your manager.


4. Completion Checklist

  • Logged into Google Drive with company email

  • Opened the Leadbreakers Shared Drive

  • Verified access to relevant folders

  • Bookmarked key folders or added them to Starred

  • Confirmed everything loads correctly
