Setting up Your Sendspark Account (similar function as Loom)

Purpose

To help new team members access their Sendspark account so they can create and send videos for internal communication, troubleshooting, and client/prospect outreach.


1. Tools Required

  • Invitation email to join Sendspark (sent by Leadbreakers)

  • Web browser

  • Internet connection

  • Optional: webcam + microphone (for recording videos)


2. Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Check Your Email for the Sendspark Invitation

  1. Open the email inbox connected to your Leadbreakers account.

  2. Look for an email from Sendspark with the subject line inviting you to join the team workspace.

  3. Click the link inside: “Accept Invitation”.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or notify Leadbreakers.


Step 2: Create or Log In to Your Sendspark Account

Depending on whether you already have a Sendspark profile:

If you're new to Sendspark:

  1. Click Create Account.

  2. Enter your name and password.

  3. Confirm your password.

  4. You will be automatically added to the Leadbreakers workspace.

If you already have a Sendspark account:

  1. Click Log In.

  2. Sign in with your existing email and password.

  3. You will be added to the Leadbreakers workspace.


Step 3: Set Up Your Profile

Once logged in:

  1. Click your profile icon (top-right corner).

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Update:

    • Full Name

    • Profile Photo (professional headshot recommended)

    • Time Zone

  4. Click Save.


Step 4: Install the Sendspark Chrome Extension (Recommended)

This makes it easy to record and share videos quickly.

  1. Visit: https://www.sendspark.com/chrome

  2. Click Add to Chrome.

  3. Log in with your Sendspark account.

  4. Confirm access to your webcam and microphone.


Step 5: Confirm Access to the Leadbreakers Workspace

  1. From your account dashboard, you should see the Leadbreakers Workspace.

  2. Ensure you can:

    • Create videos

    • View shared videos

    • Access folders/workspaces

    • Record screen + camera

If anything shows as locked or inaccessible, notify the team.


3. How Sendspark Will Be Used

You may use Sendspark to:

Internal Videos

  • Troubleshooting or tech issues

  • Sharing updates with the team

  • Demonstrating step-by-step processes

  • Clarifying tasks or SOP questions

External / Client-Facing Videos

  • Outreach to prospects

  • Personal video introductions

  • Quick walkthroughs

  • Explainers for clients

  • Visual answers to questions

Sendspark helps communication stay clear, fast, and personal.


4. Best Practices

  • Keep videos short and clear (30–90 seconds).

  • Record in a quiet environment.

  • Use a professional tone for client-facing videos.

  • Review before sending.

  • Use the extension for speed and efficiency.


5. Completion Checklist

  • Received Sendspark invitation

  • Accepted invitation and logged in

  • Updated profile settings

  • Installed Sendspark Chrome extension

  • Confirmed workspace access

  • Recorded a quick test video (optional but recommended)
