Karman is the founder of Leadbreakers and the person who turns chaos into systems (most days). He focuses primarily on sales and strategy, making sure the company grows in the right direction while keeping everything simple and results-driven.
He loves building teams, simplifying big ideas, and creating strategies that actually work.
Outside of growing the company, you’ll usually find him writing music, filming something strange for the Two Temples universe, or deep in a conversation about business, storytelling, or why everything should be colour-coded.
