Voicemail & Follow-Up Scripts

These scripts are designed to be simple, direct, and effective.

The goal of each voicemail is to create curiosity and urgency, without sounding salesy or giving away details.

Use these scripts exactly as written.

1. Primary Voicemail Script (Mysterious + Urgent)

Use this for cold calls and first attempts.

“Hey, this is <name> from Leadbreakers.
I had a quick question about your business.
Call me back when you get a moment — <number>.”

Why this works:

  • Creates curiosity

  • Sounds like a business matter

  • Doesn’t reveal too much

  • Increases callback rate

2. Warm Lead Voicemail

Use this only for leads who have answered before or have asked you to follow up.

“Hey <name>, it’s <your name> from Leadbreakers.

Just calling you back like we talked about.

Call me when you get a moment — <number>.”

3. Follow-Up Call Script (When They Don’t Pick Up After a Prior Conversation)

“Hey, this is <name> from Leadbreakers.
Just following up from our last call.
Are you still taking on new solar or roofing jobs?”

If yes → return to the normal call flow.
If no → qualify or disqualify as needed.

4. Appointment Confirmation Calls

Use this the day before or the morning of the meeting.

“Hey <name>, this is <your name> from Leadbreakers.
Just confirming your 20-minute intro call at <time>.
You’re still good for that, right?”

If they hesitate → reschedule properly.

5. No-Show Reschedule Script (Call Only)

“Hey <name>, this is <your name> from Leadbreakers.
Looks like we missed each other for your intro call.
Want to reschedule?
Would morning or afternoon work better for you?”
