Performance Tracking

Your performance is measured through a small set of clear daily metrics. These metrics help ensure consistent outreach and allow us to support you effectively.

1. What You Must Track Every Day

You are required to track the following metrics daily:

A. Cold Calls Made

The total number of cold calls you completed that day.

B. Decision-Makers Spoken To

How many actual decision-makers you reached (e.g., owner, partner, director).
Receptionists or staff do not count toward this metric.

C. Appointments Booked

How many qualified appointments you successfully booked that day.

D. Appointments Confirmed

Any appointments you confirmed for the following day.

E. Notes / Issues

Anything important that came up (objections, lead quality issues, feedback, etc.).

2. Daily Tracking Sheet

You will record all daily metrics in the tracking sheet provided below:

This sheet must be updated before your shift ends each day.

3. Weekly Expectations

Your weekly benchmarks are:

  • 10 qualified appointments per week

  • 2 qualified appointments per day

  • Consistent cold calling activity

  • Speaking with a strong number of decision-makers

  • Reliable daily reporting

These targets help keep the workflow steady and predictable.

4. Daily End-of-Shift Slack Message

At the end of every workday, you must send this message in the Sales Slack Channel:
