As an Appointment Setter at Leadbreakers, your primary responsibility is to start conversations with businesses and book qualified sales appointments for our team.
Your day-to-day work focuses on generating interest, building rapport quickly, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

This is a results-focused role. Your success is measured by how many qualified appointments you book each week, not how many hours you sit at a desk.

You do this through:

  • Cold outreach

  • Warm lead follow-up

  • Multi-channel communication (phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Clear and professional communication

  • Effective follow-up

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is defined by:

  1. Booking 2 qualified appointments per day

  2. Booking 10 qualified appointments per week

  3. Maintaining a strong show-up rate (people attending the appointments you book)

  4. Accurate and timely updates inside the CRM

  5. Consistent communication with the team

These metrics tie directly into your compensation (retainer + bonuses).

Who You Report To

You will report directly to:

Name: Karman Ray
Position: Owner, Leadbreakers
Communication Channels: Slack (internally), Email (external, when dealing with prospects, internally if required)

Any questions, concerns, or updates should be directed to Karman unless instructed otherwise.

How You’ll Work

  • You will work independently, managing your own time.

  • You’re expected to allocate roughly 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, but you may structure these hours flexibly as long as targets are met.

  • You are responsible for updating leads, booking appointments, and communicating in real time when important situations arise.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and clear expectations.

This role requires:

  • Confidence on the phone

  • Persistence and consistency

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural

  • Ownership of results

  • A positive, resilient attitude

If you stay focused on daily execution, booking appointments consistently becomes simple and predictable.
