Purpose:
This is where you will manage all leads, update statuses, leave notes, and track appointments.
How you will use it:
View cold and warm leads
Log calls and follow-up attempts
Update every interaction
Mark booked appointments
Add notes after calls
Follow your lead pipeline stages

2. Phone System (GoHighLevel)
Purpose:
To make cold calls, warm follow-up calls, and leave voicemails.
How you will use it:
Daily cold calling
Warm follow-up calls
Leaving professional voicemails
Handling callback requests

You may use your own outbound calling method (mobile phone, VoIP app, WhatsApp, etc.).
If you require a system, Leadbreakers can assist with temporary access.
3. Google Sheets
Purpose:
To track tasks, performance metrics, and lead research assignments.
How you will use it:
Complete research tasks
Track daily activities
Maintain lists when required
Document performance

4. Google Drive
Purpose:
To store and share files—mainly for research screenshots and documentation.
How you will use it:

Purpose:
To send follow-up messages and communicate professionally with leads.

6. SendSpark (similar to Loom)
Purpose:
To record short videos when needed for training or test tasks.
How you will use it:
Record quick intro videos
Provide training confirmations

7. Internal Communication (Slack & Email)
Purpose:
To stay connected with Leadbreakers for instructions, updates, and questions.
How you will use it:
Daily check-ins
